Nhà kín gió là nhà sau khi đóng kín cửa chỉ tồn tại các khe hở ngẫu nhiên như khe hở giữa các viên ngói, giữa các cánh cửa...

Sản phẩm chủ đạo là giải pháp thông gió chống tốc mái cho công trình dân dụng lợp ngói hoặc tôn đồng thời làm mát cho mái nhà. Gói sản phẩm bao gồm ngói thông gió và sơ đồ vị trí lợp. Số lượng ngói tối thiểu cần lợp (để chống tốc mái cho gió cấp 12 - 33 m/s theo Tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam TCVN 2737:2023) được tính toán từ quy mô (hình dáng và kích thước) ngôi nhà, số lượng tối đa: không hạn chế (lợp càng nhiều chống tốc mái càng tốt, nhà càng mát mẻ). Chi phí cho gói sản phẩm chỉ khoảng 1% tổng chi phí xây dựng công trình.

Ngói thông gió NGỌC LINH có độ bền cao và tương thích với tất cả các loại ngói từ trước đến nay (kể cả ngói nhập ngoại). Lợp ngói NGỌC LINH chỉ có lợi hầu như không có hại. Đến nay đã có lượng lớn gia đình tin tưởng lắp đặt, sau 5 năm sử dụng sản phẩm khách hàng rất hài lòng (đem lại cảm giác yên tâm khi nghĩ về gió bão, nhà rất mát mẻ, đóng kín cửa đi công tác hằng tuần khi về nhà vẫn thoáng mát, không ngột ngạt,...).

Công nghệ chống tốc mái Ngọc Linh được vinh dự trở thành Top 4 cuộc thi Sáng tạo về nhà ở Châu Á - Thái Bình Dương được tổ chức bởi Habitat for Humanity International ngày 9 tháng 12 năm 2021.
